Goodell’s sign: softening of the cervix

Chadwick’s sign: bluish discoloration of cervix, vagina, and vulva

Hegar’s signs: softening of the cervical isthmus and the uterine cervix appearing bluish and engorged.

Ballottement: use of a finger to push against the uterus and feel the return impact of the fetus

Positive pregnancy test (serum, urine)

Braxton Hicks: Contraction and relaxation of uterine muscle
