Symptoms
- Loss of urethral, vagina, and rectal sensation
- Muscle weakness
- Tingling to lower extremities
- Watch for any neuro changes

Early recognition is the key to managing this complication.
Treatment
- Radiation and chemotherapy to reduce tumor
- Recognize symptoms early
- Surgery to relieve compression
- Corticosteroids
