- With the “bundle” payment, dialysis are supposed to provide everything that is required to provide care to patients (medications, labs, and so on).
In 2012, a Quality Incentive Program (QIP) started that will reduce a clinic’s Medicare payments by up to 2% if it does not meet certain measures.
